This option is ideal if no major re-winding of components is thought to be required. It will include the following services to restore your unit to a like-new condition.

• Check the output shaft and coupling
• Disassemble alternator
• Check mechanical fits
• Clean and oven dry all windings
• Varnish all windings (dip/bake or EB43/1217R for CIP)
• Dynamically balance the rotating assembly
• Clean and treat all bare metal parts
• Assemble alternator per OEM documentation
• Check and record shaft coupling SAE fit
• Check and record main rotor end-play
• Perform electrical test:
  • Insulation resistance test
  • Hi-potential test
  • Surge test
  • Dynamic load test
  • Accessories test
• Complete and paint
